Our professional ice-cream display cases are provided with a refrigeration system ventilated through air circulation with a double air-flow; semi-hermetic compressor groups powered by a voltage of 380 v / 3 Ph.
Functions settled through electronic box on the operator side; automatic defrost in cycle inversion. Working temperature from -16° to -18°.
Models available in the versions: ice-cream, pastry, praline, dry, dry-humid and bain-marie.
